"I do not see anything wrong in doing a collaboration with a secular artiste" Lara George

Praise and worship, beautiful, soulful and one of Naija's (Nigeria) greatest talents ever; Lara George had a chat with our news correspondent recently and touched on a couple of topics.

The passionate artiste who has been in the industry for about 15 years has released 3 albums and has won several awards.

She's currently working on two albums simultaneously. In her words,"I am working on my 2015 album as well as my wedding anniversary album". Adding that this year marks her 10th year anniversary and she'll be celebrating it with the release of an album.

Lara, who recently released a single titled, 'You alone Oluwa medley'; a 10 minute long track is happily married with two kids and has said she'll continue to do the best she can to raise the standard of gospel music so that God can be glorified and make the gospel music a genre to reckon with.

Prior to the interview, she was asked if she sees herself doing a collaboration with secular artiste. she answered saying she didn't see anything wrong with it, "I do not see anything wrong in doing a collaboration with a secular artiste. I've always believed that if a secular artiste is willing to come on a track with a gospel artiste in glorifying God, then why not?

All of us at one point or the other was unsaved and God allowed us to come into His kingdom.

Talking about the state of the country, she believes in doing what is right as a citizen of Nigeria to be a righteous nation and concluded by urging everyone to be weary of doing good.
