Rapzilla interviewed God Over Money artist and A&R Datin about two GOM projects recently, Bizzle's new album Surrender and Selah The Corner's upcoming, unannounced album.
Datin raved about both projects, but admitted that he initially wanted Bizzle's lead single, "Believers," cut from Surrender.
"I ain't afraid to say this on camera," Datin said. "The 'Believers' joint, it seems like it's being well-received. People love it. And that's my least favorite song on the album. I was telling him that gotta go. That can't be on the album.
"And he's like, 'Nah, I'm telling you. It's a single.' And I was like, 'I don't like it.' I like every other song but that one. And he put it out, and I ain't too proud to admit, I was wrong. And now I like it. It grew on me."
