| Carli Lloyd! |
We’re getting to the business end of things now.
The winner of the women’s World Player of the Year is... Carli Lloyd!
Great recognition for the American, who played such a key role in the USA’s World Cup win.
She’s very emotional, but chokes back the tears just enough to say:
“It’s an honour. This has always been a dream of mine.”
Puskas Award
Over 1.6million people have voted on the Puskas Award for goal of the year, says James Nesbitt, annoyingly.
Japan legend Hidetoshi Nakata announces the winner... and it’s Wendell Lira!
The unknown Brazilian looks a bit shell-shocked, as well he might.

The gong goes to... Luis Enrique!

“The other candidates have a lot of quality,” he says.
“Luis would have me share this present with all those who supported him, including the staff, the fans and our incredible players.”

FIFPro World XI

| FIFPro World XI |
We now move on to the FIFPro World XI. Samuel Eto’o, wearing a horrendous shiny suit, hands out the trophies to:
- Goalkeeper: Manuel Neuer
- Defenders: Dani Alves, Sergio Ramos, Thiago Silva, Marcelo
- Midfielders: Andres Iniesta, Luka Modric, Paul Pogba
- Forwards: Neymar, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo
A good line-up, to be sure, but how on earth are there FOUR Real Madrid players in there? They won nothing... That Is A Big Question.
