The wave of unfair media bias in the coverage of this 2016 US Elections is saddening as most of the media has dropped their professional neutrality and are actively telling people how to vote, trying hard to interpret the news for their audience and demonize Donald Trump. Media houses are endorsing Hillary Clinton and defending her in every way pointing to the fact that Hillary won’t be here if not for her network of committed journalists and media executives. This elections has made glaring more and more the hidden agenda of the vast majority of news media that was once deemed trustworthy and professionally neutral.
It proof Trumps recent statement in Wisconsin that fighting the Establishment is not easy, you don’t just come against their money you come against their self-righteous media.
As Dan Gainor declared:
“Journalists have demanded their industry give up neutrality throughout the campaign. It’s a laughable conceit for anyone who recalls Candy Crowley’s 2012 bias or the 2016 CNBC GOP primary debate. Univision anchor Jorge Ramos turned from journalist to crusader with barely any professional criticism. Reporters might as well wear blue jerseys with “I’m With Her” on the back.
Back in August, Times media columnist Jim Rutenberg argued the paper had to sacrifice its alleged neutrality. If you think “Donald J. Trump is a demagogue playing to the nation’s worst racist and nationalistic tendencies,” then “you have to throw out the textbook American journalism,” he wrote.
By Monday, that had escalated into an industry-wide demand for debate moderators to attack Trump misstatements. As Rutenberg explained, that would “require the debate moderators to interject with the truth.”
Journalists have skewered anyone soft on Trump. NBC' the "Today" show’s Matt Lauer faced a “Storm of Criticism Over Clinton-Trump Forum” because he didn’t play the fact-check game. Even "Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon was bashed for mussing Trump’s hair instead of smacking him upside the head”.
They ostracize anybody who supports and or plays with Trump including Jimmy Falon. All this makes it easy to say that they are Clinton News Network – she has bought them, it is money. CNN, Washington Post, Politico, Huffington Post etc all are 2016 Election CLINTON NEWS NETWORK (CNN). They know that the path of unprofessionalism will lead to their grave if Trump wins the election, so I see them frantically working day and night to intimidate people away from Trump. It is no gainsaying that in 2016 the credibility of many media houses will be questioned and their ratings will be heavily hit. We shall see how they fare after the elections.
