Lauren Daigle Announces Christmas Album 'Behold: A Christmas Collection' cover revealed

Yesterday Centricity Music artist Lauren Daigle announced that she has been working on a Christmas album. While no release date has been said yet, Daigle did give fans the album cover and title : Behold: A Christmas Collection. 

"Today, I'm announcing something I've been excitedly awaiting to tell all of you! We have been working hard. We have been having fun. We have been capturing. We have been playing. We have been singing. We, my friends, have been making a record. It has the potential to be different than expected. It will arrive just in time for Christmas," she wrote in an email to fans earlier this afternoon. "I'm thrilled to bring to you a record that tips the hat to my upbringing down in the Deep South of Louisiana with a bit of Christmas charm. Coming in season, I will have my very first JAZZ Christmas record to share with all of you! Teeming with songs both new and old, classics and carols alike, I hope you find yourself singing along and inspired with the warmth that comes from Christ this Christmas! SO EXCITED!" 

The announcement of Daigle's first Christmas album comes on the heels of what's already been a highly successful and busy 2016 for the artist. Still riding the popularity of last year's debut album How Can It Be, which brought Daigle Dove Awards for Song Of The Year ("How Can It Be") and New Artist Of The Year and a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Album, Daigle performed last week on The Today Show and continues to keep gaining momentum in the music industry.
